Initial Consultation:
For you to get to know us and us you; discussing your wedding ideas.

For your ceremony and wedding reception. This includes venue visits if you want to see the venue before booking.

Working with local suppliers we will introduce you to unlimited suppliers so you choose the right people for you.

Budget Management:
We're here to take away any stresses, give us your budget and we'll track it at every step. Giving you live access to your budget tracker, we'll even handle all your payments.

Handover Meeting:
With all booked suppliers on the event plan, timeline and schedule prior to the day.

Communication:
Unlimited emails, texts, calls and facetimes throughout the process. We've got your back at every step.

Onboarding:
With a brainstorming session to create your wedding brief and budget.

Ceremony Organisation:
Whether you want a symbolic wedding with a celebrant or a civil ceremony we will guide you and handle the legal requirements, documentation and booking.

Monthly Reports:
You will receive regular event planning updates where you'll have live access to your wedding checklist, next steps and any payments for supplier coming up.

Pre Wedding Meeting:
At the venue, with a drink to run through all the details for the next day with you both.

On the Day Coordination:
From 2 hours prior to the ceremony right through to your first dance. We can't promise you we won't join you on the dance floor.

**Note the planning fee will increase to 10% of your total wedding budget when this is over £35,000.**
**Note we offer the following payment options but are entirely flexible:
1. Deposit and Monthly Instalments: Our most popular payment option, a 25% deposit is required followed by equal monthly payments up to one month before your wedding date.
2. Deposit and Final Payment: A 25% Deposit following by the outstanding balance paid in full one month before your wedding date.
3. Deposit and Bespoke payment Plan: The bespoke option, discuss with us when you want to make payments. A 25% deposit followed by bespoke payments as per agreement with couple, with final instalment up to a month before event date.**
